We understand the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the requirements it poses on our clients. Our experience includes the supply of health-care-related, on-demand services to hospitals, social services, non-profit organizations and Medicaid departments of local government.

Through our exclusive arrangement with our ADA advisor, Dr Rosalyn Simon, we have developed a proprietary sensitivity training program which all paratransit employees must pass, to ensure that our staff treat all our customers with understanding and empathy.

We can take on all or any paratransit component from operations to scheduling/routing/dispatch to taking reservations through call centers and even certification. We are Trapeze experts – being a major licensee ourselves as well as being fluent with other demand-responsive routing and schedule software.

And we pride ourselves on being a leader in managing the Access–to-Jobs programs, connecting urban residents with jobs in outlying regions, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
